So if you’ve been following my work for a while you’d know that last year was a little rough for me. I had some failures which, looking back six months later, I can honestly say have turned out for the best. I’ve learnt a lot and I’m feeling great about where my business and my personal life is heading. Where is it heading you may ask? Into a new office!

When the shop fell through we started to look for a dedicated space for the photography business. A place I could meet clients and get work done without my tiny people climbing all over me. But very soon we made a discovery, finding a small office is difficult! Everything seemed too big, too ugly and too expensive.
As we were looking we kept saying “Wow this is rough! Other people must be finding this hard too.” So instead of complaining we decided to come up with a small business solution… 13b.
The first thing to know is that 13b is not a co-working space, it’s 5 small permanent individual offices. We’ve found a beautiful space above Ainslie Shops which we’re currently fitting out (new floors go in this week people!) which is perfect for anyone with a business wanting to create a small personalised space. 
So why is this different? Why should a person come rent an office with us? 
  1. We’re doing all the hard work—the fit out, the legal stuff, getting the internet connected etc. All you have to do is move in.
  2. Very little risk—we’re offering 6 month and 1 year terms…usually you can’t get a commercial lease for less than 3 years.
  3. Your rent will cover everything—utilities, cleaning, internet, etc.
  4. It’s going to be beautiful!
